Osmanthus Goji Berry Agar
1-2 Tablespoon Goji Berry
1-2 Tablespoon Dried Osmanthus
100 Grams Sugar
7 Grams Plain Agar-agar powder
(The amount of Goji Berry, Dried Osmanthus, and Sweetness can be based on personal preference.)
1. Add 750ml water, Sugar, and Dried Osmanthus to a small pot. Boil for 2 minutes.
2. Add 7 Grams Plain Agar-agar Powder into the pot and stir until it completely dissolves. It will take about 2-3 minutes.
3. Divide the Goji Berry evenly into the mold and pour the Agar-agar solution into it.
4. Put the Osmanthus Goji Berry Agar in the fridge for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
