Instructions
1. Wash the chicken and rub it with salt and cooking wine. Add 1 bottle of chicken essence and 1/2 slice of shredded ginger to the marinade. It can be done overnight or in 30 minutes.
2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water. After the mushrooms have been drained and squeezed, cut the mushrooms into slices.
3. Add enough water to the steamer, cover, and bring to a boil.
4. Add the chicken, marinade, shredded ginger, mushroom, goji berries, and red dates to a deep plate and steam for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander leaves as decoration after the chicken is cooked.
