Cortex Eucommia ulmoides,
Common yam rhizome,
Medical indianmulberry root,
Bleck turtle bean,
Barbary wolfberry fruit.
Directions:
Add 300g of meat and ingredients together with 1.5 to 2 litres of boiling water. Simmer for 2 hours under low heat, add salt and ready to serve.
Storage: Keep in a cool dry place, best kept in refrigerator.
