Order Processing

We operate from Mondays – Fridays (9.00am – 6.00pm) except on public holidays and office closures.

Once you have placed your order successfully, you would be given an order number and would receive a confirmation email with your order summary. 
Please ensure that you have given us a valid email address. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation email after a while. Alternatively, you may login to your account to check the order status under "Order History". 

Yes. You can just place an order as a guest. However, ZTP members can enjoy exclusive member only discounts and privileges, including earning bonus points both online and at all ZTP retail stores in Singapore. 

Kindly note this service is applicable for Hampers and Gift Sets only. 
You may include a greeting message with your order upon checkout. To do so, please leave your message under the “Enter Gift Message” option on the “Billing & Shipping” page. A complimentary greeting card with your message would be provided.

Delivery

Delivery is FREE for nett purchases $80 and above!
Delivery fee of $10 applies for nett purchases below $80. 
For multiple delivery addresses, each delivery address will be charge at $10 if orders amount for each address is less than $80.
 

We deliver to all addresses in Singapore except for the following restriction areas:
Jurong Island
Airport Cargo
Alps Ave
PSA Terminals
SAF Camps
Jurong Port
Sentosa Island
Prisons
Singapore Technologies Buildings
Shipyards
Hospital
 

Orders will be delivered within 2- 7 working days from date when order is placed. There is no delivery service on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

You may choose to deliver to one shipping address or delivery to multiple delivery addresses. If you want to deliver your purchased items to more than one shipping address, you can select “Ship to Multiple Address” and assign order to different shipping address.
Please note that each delivery address will be charge at $10 if orders amount for each address is less than $80. 

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours upon ordering. If your parcel has not been processed or dispatched, we are more than glad to edit the delivery address for you.

Yes, you can select “Self Collection”shipping option to pick up your order from your favourite ZTP physical store. You can select the preferred store during the checkout process.

You may collect your orders at all ZTP stores except Redhill Lane & Choa Chu Kang MRT stores.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.
Please note that your order is not yet ready for collection at this stage. You will receive another e-mail notification for collection once your order has arrived at the chosen store. 
Kindly collect your orders within 7 days of receiving the e-mail notification for collection.
 

You will need to present your ‘Ready for Collection’ Email notification to our team of friendly staff upon collection.

Goods must be collected within 7 days from the date on which the goods are ready for collection.
 

Payment

We currently only accept online PayPal payment.

Yes. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make payment for your order. To pay without a PayPal account, you can select the "Pay with Credit/ Debit Card "payment option.

Return & Exchange

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We do our best to ensure fast delivery and it would be advisable to check your order before placing it.

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We will only accept exchanges on faulty or incorrect items. All exchange requests have to go through our customer service and the requests will be reviewed by ZTP, subjected to approval.

We do make an effort to check all items to make sure they are in good condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@ztp.com.sg within 7 days upon receiving your order. Kindly clearly state your order number, name and contact number, image of the item (the part that is faulty) and a short description. We will exchange your item for a new one, subject to availability.

If your exchange request is approved, we will send you an email notification. You may return the product to the assigned ZTP store for an exchange with an original receipt.

Membership

To sign up as a ZTP member, you must spend a minimum of S$50 in a single receipt and create your membership account at any ZTP stores.

For online customer, you can fill up online member application form upon checkout, after you add at least S$50 value products in your shopping cart. Please note that you will only become a ZTP member after the transaction is done successfully.

No, membership is free and members do not need to pay membership fee.

ZTP member can earn loyalty points online or in any of our retail stores in Singapore.

*NO ZTP Loyalty Points for herbal teas, and promotional items.

No. If you are already a ZTP member, you need to activate your ZTP membership eStore account first before you can start to enjoy privileges online.

Definitely! Just like how you usually shop and earn ZTP Loyalty Points at our ZTP stores, you can also earn points for orders made online.

Earn 1 ZTP Loyalty Point with every $1 nett spend (except on offer items & herbal tea).

ZTP Loyalty Points earned from 1st January until 31th December this year, it will be expired after 30th of June following year. 

Any ZTP Loyalty Points not utilized by the expiry date will be forfeited.

Yes. You may redeem your ZTP Loyalty Points online as long as the points are valid. To do this, login to your member account before making an order and upon check out, you may input the amount you'd like to redeem, up to the maximum redemption dollar value based on your available points, which will be shown at the checkout page.
